How do I ensure I order the correct kilt size?
Kilt sizing is different from trouser sizing. We recommend measuring around your navel for the waist and from the top of the hip bone to the middle of the knee for the length. Please refer to our detailed sizing guide video before ordering.

Can I request a custom tartan that isn't listed on the site?
We specialize in custom orders. If you are looking for a specific clan tartan or a restricted weave, please contact our customer service team, and we will check availability with our partner mills in Scotland.
What is your return policy for made-to-measure items?
While we offer a 30-day return policy for stock items, made-to-measure kilts and custom jackets cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault, as they are tailored specifically to your measurements.
Are your kilts made from real wool?
We offer a range of materials to suit every budget, including traditional 100% worsted wool sourced from Scottish mills, as well as high-quality acrylic wool blends for casual wear.
How should I store and clean my kilt?
Kilts should be hung on a specialized kilt hanger to maintain the pleats. For cleaning, we recommend professional dry cleaning only, as the heavy wool and internal construction can be damaged by domestic washing machines.
